The property does not charge a check in rescheduling fee, if notified by call or text message at least 1 hour before the check-in time. A charge of GBP 30 rescheduling fee applies in case of late show-up of over 15 minutes without a prior notice. The check-in will be rearranged at the most convenient time.
Please note that this property cannot accommodate stag or hen parties. Parties are also not accepted under any circumstances.
The accommodation will charge at least GBP 300 breakage and incidentals deposit on the day of booking. This is returned in the next 7 working days after your departure. In some cases arrivals can be charged up to GBP 2000 refundable damage deposit for security reasons.
Upon check-in, guests must show a valid, government issued photo ID and the credit card used for the booking. If the guest is not the cardholder then the cardholder must be present upon check-in to provide the card used to make the payment and a photo ID. A security deposit of GBP 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

愛瘋給2歲兒子玩 女慘遭鎖機47年

家長注意！把手機拿給小孩玩後遺症很多，除了可能會影響小朋友視力外，也可能讓手機「往生」！就有一位女子把自己的iPhone拿給2歲兒子玩，但因兒子連續輸入錯誤密碼，導致iPhone彈出停用提示，要25114984分鐘（約47年）後才能再輸入密碼！

綜合陸媒報導，近日，在上海嘉定，陸姓女子表示，自己稱2歲半的兒子在玩手機時，因連續輸錯解鎖密碼，手機竟提示「請25114984分鐘（約等於47.78年）後再試一次…」根據工程師的說法，輸入錯誤次數太多就會停用，只能「刷機」解決，如此一來，原本的資料也將全部消失。
據報導，技術工程師表示，遇到這種情況只能等待或透過「刷機」解決。但陸姓女子則表示，「我裡面有很多重要的材料、照片、通訊人，我不想要刷機，但是也不可能真的要等40多年！40多年後我自己都說不動話了，難道還要跟孫子說這是你爸爸惹的禍？」這兩種辦法都行不通，顯然讓她很崩潰。
技術工程師還表示，如果連續多次輸入錯誤密碼的話，iPhone第一次會提示1分鐘後再試，再次輸入錯誤則是5分鐘，之後是半小時，半小時以後的話時間會是隨機的，「甚至還有出現80年的」。

看著別人家的小孩紛紛去矯正牙齒，對有些家長而言內心卻是充滿矛盾與掙扎，一方面擔心矯正牙齒須拔牙，孩子會因此而受苦；另一方面又擔心一口亂牙影響外觀，怕孩子輸在起跑點。其實，9到12歲是牙齒矯正的黃金期，只要把握這段時間，矯正牙齒也可以不用受拔牙之苦。
小健的門牙看似兔寶寶，小時候也許覺得可愛，但在小學五年級時，卻因這明顯的暴牙導致嘴巴閉緊時，完全看不見下排牙齒而深感困擾。小健的暴牙不只影響到外觀，同時也波及到他的咬合、咀嚼功能，家人擔心小健未來可能連吃東西都會出現問題，趕緊帶他至牙科門診做矯正治療。
牙醫師宋慧玲表示，暴牙是牙齒矯正中普遍會遇到的問題之一，常會連帶造成如：臉型不好看、上顎前凸、下巴後縮、厚唇、咀嚼肌肥厚、鼻子短塌等影響顏值；此外，暴牙患者會不自覺做出抿嘴的動作，主要就是為了掩飾外露的牙齒，可能因此缺乏自信，嚴重的話甚至會影響到性格、學習、工作等層面，因此暴牙並不只是單純的牙齒問題。
宋慧玲說明，暴牙的產生大多和遺傳有關，暴牙弧度也是因人而異，但只要選對時機、把握黃金期，矯正暴牙就可以免受拔牙之苦。一般而言，上顎骨骼的成長期約在9到12歲，因此小孩矯正暴牙，以9至12歲為最佳。此年齡階段的孩子仍在成長期，骨骼發育尚未定型，是調整骨骼、矯正暴牙的最佳時機。
早期預防性齒顎矯正治療最重要的目標，乃是盡量促進上、下顎骨及齒弓之正常生長發育，以期將來可以容得下未來萌發出來之永久齒列，並同時調和上、下顎骨之相互咬合關係。矯正的方式，通常是趁此階段顎骨的成長尚未定型，齒糟骨和上下顎骨頭的空間都還有相當程度的擴張性，利用這個擴張性，以獲得空間（space regain）的方式來進行調整。除了暴牙，其他像是戽斗、虎牙、牙齒排列不齊等，皆可用此方法來做矯正。
以上述小健的案例為例，10歲多的小健尚在牙齒矯正的黃金期，因此矯正時一開始只需先戴上面弓，以抑制上顎骨繼續往前發展；經過10個月之後，再配合矯正器進行矯正；接下來2年的追蹤治療，小健在國一12歲半時卸下矯正器後，暴牙已明顯得到改善，不僅上下顎皆平?、正常地發育，咬合功能也恢復健全，讓家人相當地高興。
過去很多人會忽視暴牙的嚴重性，以致延誤孩子矯正的最佳時機，一旦錯過了矯正黃金期，日後再想要矯正暴牙，就會變得麻煩許多，甚至可能需要透過正顎手術，才能將暴牙矯正回來。建議家長千萬不要忽略孩子的牙齒生長狀況，應把握黃金期矯正期，讓孩子贏在起跑點。
此外，宋慧玲提醒，牙齒和呼吸、睡眠其實息息相關，孩子不拔牙可增加口腔的容積，會讓舌頭的位置較正確，而舌頭的位置正確與否，又會影響到孩子的睡眠。有研究證實，睡眠呼吸終止症候群，有部分原因就是和小時候拔牙有關，因此拔牙對孩子的影響也不容小覷。
